“Main Plaza, Main Street, and side streets will be lined with colorful classic cars for all to enjoy while shopping and dining along Boerne’s historic Hill Country Mile,” according to the release.

Hundreds of classic cars that are from pre-1949 will be parked on the Hill Country Mile on Main Street in Boerne. Live music will also be playing. Multiple shopping opportunities will be available at the event. Market Days will be going on at the same time as well. Local restaurants will be open and also event vendors will be in the area for a quick snack, according to a social media post.

The event is free for guests to attend, the three day event begins on Friday. On Saturday, the event starts at 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Sunday, from 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Even though pre-registration ended on September 25, those who want to bring their hot rods can still register for the event on the day of the event.

Now for people heading to Boerne over the weekend they will need to find an alternate route around the Rod Run. From the Main Plaza to Rosewood Avenue will be closed.
